Tour Overview

The Karaburun Peninsula and Sazan Island sit where the Adriatic meets the Ionian, a protected marine area with some of the clearest water in Albania. Most of it can only be reached by boat, and this tour takes you there on a wooden pirate-style ship for the day.

What do you do? You sail along the cliffs, stop to swim in turquoise bays, and go into sea caves you cannot reach from land. There is time on hidden beaches and plenty of space on deck to relax between stops. The crew keeps the day easy and fun.

Who is it for? Families, couples and groups who want a full day on the water. Bring a swimsuit, a towel, sunscreen and a hat. The boat season runs through the warmer months, when the sea is calm and warm. It is one of the best things to do in Vlora and an easy highlight of a trip to the Albanian Riviera.

Can we swim and snorkel?

Yes — there are several swimming and snorkelling stops in hidden coves with very clear water. Bring your own snorkel gear or ask about hire.

What are the sea caves?
