What is the difference between fully guided, semi-guided and self-drive? +
All three are private to your party, whether you are a couple, a family or a group of friends. Fully guided means a licensed driver-guide travels with you from arrival to departure. Semi-guided means some parts of the trip are with a driver-guide and other parts you drive yourself or move by private transfer. Self-drive means you drive a hire car and a local guide meets you in every place you visit. In every style the InAlb team is behind you throughout. You can switch between the three on any itinerary, and the fourth option is 100% customized: we build the trip from zero.
Can I customise the itinerary? +
Yes, that is the point. Book any trip as it is, or change it: add or swap experiences, add rest days, change the route or the order of stops. Use “Plan a custom trip” and our local team will tailor it with you on the tailor-made page.
Can I add or remove a driver, or use my own car? +
Yes. Choose self-drive with a hire car, add a private driver, or a driver-guide for the whole trip. You can also add a driver for only part of the route, or use your own car.
Can I get a licensed local guide, and in which languages? +
You can add a licensed local guide for the whole trip or just certain days. Guides are available in English, Italian, German, French, Spanish and Albanian, with more on request.
Can I upgrade the hotels and the car? +
Yes. Pick the hotel category that suits you, from family-run guesthouses to boutique and luxury, and upgrade the hire car or chauffeured vehicle to a larger or premium class.

Which countries can a private trip cover? +

What is your cancellation policy? +
Free cancellation more than 45 days before departure. From 45 to 31 days before, 30% of the trip price applies; within 30 days, 100% applies. Changes to a confirmed booking carry a 5% fee. We recommend travel insurance for every trip.
