Tour Overview

This is one of the best adventure things to do near Durrës. You ride a quad bike along dirt trails and beaches out to Cape of Rodon, a wild headland on the Adriatic with an old castle and a little church by the sea.

Do I need experience? No. A guide shows you how the quad works, gives a safety briefing, and hands out the gear before you set off. Beginners and groups are welcome. You will need a Class B driver’s license to drive a quad yourself, or you can ride along as a passenger. The tour takes about two and a half hours.

Where does it go? Out to Cape of Rodon (Kepi i Rodonit), past Rodoni Castle, away from the busy beaches. It starts near Durrës, an easy trip from the city or the coast.
