You’ll sample seven different raki flavors, carefully selected from across Albania, each with its own character  from bold and intense to smooth and aromatic. The tasting is designed to flow gradually, helping you appreciate the diversity and craftsmanship behind this traditional spirit.

To accompany the rakis, you’ll enjoy a selection of traditional Albanian meze, served as small sharing plates. These include flaky byrek, regional cheeses, grilled vegetables, homemade pickles, traditional sausages, and marinated olives all chosen to complement the flavors of the raki without overpowering them.

A local raki expert leads the evening, explaining how each raki is made, what makes it unique and how raki is traditionally enjoyed in coastal towns like Vlora — slowly, socially and always with good food.
