At InAlb, we are committed to offering exceptional travel experiences in Albania through ethical, sustainable, and professional practices. These terms and policies outline the standards by which we operate, serve our guests, protect local communities and environments, and engage with our partners. By booking with InAlb, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Booking Policy

All bookings for multi-day tours and private travel packages require a 30% non-refundable deposit to confirm the reservation. The remaining 70% is payable no later than 30 days prior to the tour start date in high season, and 15 days prior during low season. Failure to pay within this timeframe may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit.

For day trips, workshops, and other short experiences, full payment is required at the time of booking.

  1. Payment Methods & Security

All payments must be made via approved digital channels (credit card, bank transfer, or verified payment platforms). We do not accept cash payments. All prices are listed in Euro (EUR) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees or banking charges are the responsibility of the client. InAlb uses secure payment systems and does not store credit card or banking information.

  1. Cancellation Policy (Guest-Initiated)
  • Day Trips & Experiences:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time are eligible for a 100% refund.
     • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
  • Multi-Day Tours & Packages:
    The 30% deposit is non-refundable.
     • Cancellations after the full payment is made will be reviewed individually. Refunds will be granted only in specific cases, minus non-recoverable expenses.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to reservations@inalb.al.

  1. Cancellation Policy (InAlb-Initiated)

If InAlb cancels an experience due to adverse weather, safety concerns, or insufficient participant numbers, clients will be offered one of the following options:

  • A full refund
  • An opportunity to reschedule
  • A credit voucher valid for up to 12 months
  1. Modifications & Rescheduling

Modifications to bookings (e.g., date, number of participants, special requirements) must be requested no later than 48 hours prior to the experience. All changes are subject to availability and may involve additional costs.

InAlb reserves the right to alter itineraries due to logistical, safety, or weather-related reasons.

  1. No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to arrive at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time will be considered no-shows and will not receive a refund. Guests are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the departure time.

InAlb is committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all guests, staff, and local partners. We welcome travelers of all races, religions, genders, nationalities, ages, and sexual orientations.

Any guide, supplier, staff member, or affiliate found to engage in discriminatory, racist, or abusive behavior will be terminated immediately from all future collaborations.
