First Stop: Sazan Island (1 hour 20 minutes)

Our first destination is the captivating Sazan Island. For decades, this strategically important island served as a heavily fortified, top-secret Soviet and then Albanian military base during the Cold War, completely off-limits to the public.

Step ashore and transport yourself back in time as you explore its intriguing landscape. Your captain will share fascinating stories about the network of mysterious bunkers, elaborate tunnel systems, and abandoned military buildings, each echoing tales of a tense geopolitical era. This is a unique chance to gain a fascinating glimpse into Albania's recent past and the island's formidable defenses.

 

Second Stop: Haxhi Ali Cave (10-15 minutes)

As we cruise along the Ionian sea, we'll make a memorable stop at the entrance of the majestic Haxhi Ali Cave. Named after a legendary Albanian pirate, this is one of the largest and most impressive sea caves in the country.

While direct entry into the cave can depend on sea conditions and the specific boat, you’ll have an excellent opportunity to capture the magic of its colossal opening from the comfort of our vessel. Third Stop: Karaburun Peninsula (3 hours)
